General Description: Under direct supervision, performs routine inspection procedures and is responsible for data collection and data entry measures of performance to ensure quality levels at various stages of production. Maybe assign report creation to capture quality performance and like.
Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: In-process checks, data entry, document control, product tests, and follow-up with supervisors. Reporting Quality metrics in easily understood chart form, posting these metrics on communications boards in and around the facility. Implementation and maintenance of all documents, processes, and records. Understanding of measurement principles and practices related to precision fabrication operation and assembly techniques. The ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Excellent computer literacy to handle the high demand for technical knowledge, procedural documentation, reporting, and analysis. The ability to train team members in generic quality practices and issue all associated work instructions as appropriate. Comply with internal Policies and Procedures. The ability to work in a highly dynamic and pressured environment.

Educational /Experience Requirements:
Minimum Requirements
· High School diploma and/or applicable professional experience.
· Minimum of 3 - 4 years of quality system and control experience within a manufacturing environment - plastic molding industry experience preferred.
· Proficient with Office-related programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Fluent in both English and Spanish.
· Excellent team player; articulate in communication and tactful in dealing with people.
Preferred Requirements
· Strong knowledge of blow molding processes.
· Good people management skills.
· Ability to handle various situations.
· Ability to work under pressure.
