Position Summary:
2024 Internship Program - it's 12 weeks.
Starts May 28, thru August 16th, 2024 (must be an active student enrolled in Graduate or Under Graduate Program)
The Quality Assurance Function is responsible for ensuring customer quality requirements are being fulfilled and defects are prevented. Quality Engineering team provides and configures material master for global systems.
Key Learning Outcomes:
The project will be focused on supporting process improvement (PI) project to drive the reduction of internal/external defects. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex large data sets. Develop graphs or other visualization methods to show trends/progress. Review process flows to enhance existing process to reduce negative trends.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Junior, Senior or Graduate level students
• Must be enrolled in a 4-year Degree program aligned with critical talent areas (i.e. Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Problem Solving - Root Cause Corrective Action fundamentals
• Drawing interpretation
• Strong analytical skills
• Process Control - Failure prevention, monitoring and improvement methods
• Quality Management System - understanding compliance and effectivity
• Detailed-oriented individual
• Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Excel (advanced, MS Word and PowerPoint)
• Collaborate cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
