JOB SUMMARY
Leitner-Poma of America, Inc. is seeking a meticulous & detail-oriented Quality Assurance Document Specialist to ensure all documentation within the organization is compliant with LPOA Engineering specifications and standards. This role will be responsible for managing all quality documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and work instructions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This is a full-time, hourly position hiring at $20.67-$25.48 per hour based on relevant experience & certifications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain all quality control documentation such as procedures, work instructions, and quality plans.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of quality control documentation.
• Copy, scan, and store documents physically and digitally through SAP.
• Create Notifications within SAP to coordinate intercompany non-conformances.
• Ensure consistency and clarity of document content and format.
• Support the development and maintenance of quality management system procedures, processes, and policies.
• Provide support during internal and external audits.
• Train employees on QA documentation processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience creating, reviewing and/or editing quality-related documentation.
• Prior knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Authorized to work in the United States of America.
• Proficient in the English language.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous Quality Control inspection experience highly desired
• Proven experience working in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to documentation within regulated industries.
• Previous project management experience.
• Previous experience with SAP.

Salary Description
$20.67-$25.48 per hour
