Position Summary
Ensure the collection and monitoring of session data and notes for quality of treatment and procedures; Responsible for providing support to the Director of Clinical Supervision on Strategic Planning of the internship and in-house CEU Programs. We are an ABA Clinic.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Establish and maintain process for Collection of Session Data and Notes (including paper data) – download the session notes for storage
- Review and monitor session data and notes for accuracy and quality
- Provide feedback regarding session notes
- Conduct skills evaluation to monitor quality of service
- Provide session note audits upon request
Internship
- Maintain the client authorization matrix to ensure timeliness of assessment and treatment due dates
- Gather client information from BCBA/Programmer
- Remind BCBA/Programmer for upcoming due dates
- Prepare and maintain assessment materials
- Maintain the parent training schedule
- Update and maintain the internship curriculum materials
Ace Provider Support
- Provide support to the ACE Provider Coordinator
- Provide aid in developing an on-line CEU program
