Your role here
From Day 1, your precise skills are put into action. You will get to investigate customer issues relating to product quality, make appropriate corrections, and assist the Quality Department with internal and external audits. You will also get to work directly with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and our internal partners.

- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Strong time-management skills and able to work with fast turn-around times
