Job description

The Communications, Outreach, Recruitment, and Enrollment Team at the California Conservation Corps is looking to add a team member to support Quality Assurance and recruiter training leading to a smoother enrollment of Corpsmembers. This is truly a unique opportunity to put your data aggregation, data presentation, and business analytics skills to work in a Salesforce and SharePoint environment with life transforming outcomes. Your research-based strategy recommendations will inform CORE policy and processes that could be the difference in whether a young adult enrolls in our program. This position is one of purpose and impact that you will be able to see daily as the stories of Corpsmembers launching their careers are created, developed, and shared by you and your teammates.

Working Conditions
The position is located at 1719 24th Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. While this position is based at the CCC Headquarters, travel to CCC centers may be required. Limited telework opportunities may be available depending on operational need.
Hybrid - This position is classified as "Hybrid" and eligible for up to four days of telework per week.

Career Consultation
California Conservation Corps is excited to take part in the first agency-wide collaborative physical career center. The career center is located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento in the brand new CNRA headquarters building. Services provided include one-on-one career consultations, application/resume review, career guidance, mock interviews, and tips for applying.
Days: Open every Tuesday and Thursday (except state holidays)
Hours: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
