Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with data collection mandates.
- Coordinate collection of program performance for monthly, quarterly and annual reports program reports.
- Analyze data to support Continuous Quality Improvement process for recruitment, enrollment, engagement, retention, service delivery, client outcomes and accreditation standards.
- Foster a "culture of curiosity" within program team.
- Coordinate with Administrator in project management of Children's Bureau System as related to the PFF Program. Solve any system related obstacles to effective data management in partnership with Program Management.
- Work with staff to ensure client files are up to date in all information systems with a complete summary of services received.
- Work within a team-oriented approach to meet the needs of the families, community and the stakeholders and to ensure excellence in overall service delivery.
- Assist with projects related to accreditation preparation and adherence.
General
- Maintains confidentiality in matters of agency operations, personnel, and program participants.
- Maintains positive communications with all agency staff, program participants, and visitors.
- Exercises good judgment in performance of duties and responsibilities.
- Supports existing agency policies, principles and mission.
Job Qualifications:
- Two years' experience with data collection and data entry.
- One year experience of direct service working with families preferred.
- Experience with ongoing monitoring, summarizing, and reviewing data results to improve programming and data systems.
- Familiarity with interfacing with multiple information systems preferred.
- Experience managing complex databases. At least one-year direct service experience working with families preferred.
- Computer literacy including Windows, Word, Access, Excel.
- Strong team, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including positive face to face and telephone interaction skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment required.
- Previous experience involving teamwork/team building to accomplish a common goal required.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
