Position Summary
The Program Assistant (Quality Assistant) primary job function is to facilitate the retrieval and dissemination of data reports to the Quality Department and review charts for quality indicators. Some of the initial information will be raw data that the Quality Assistant will retrieve, collate and sort for ease of interpretation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic medical record systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to maintain total confidentiality of all patient records.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in running reports from electronic medical records.
This position requires Illinois residency within 180 days of the hire date
