Form of workOur Quality Control Analyst is responsible for monitoring the policies and procedures of the Credit Union, ensuring compliance. They will analyze documentation provided for account applications for accuracy and completion, develop recommendations and work with the various departments within the organization to revise current policies and procedures to address deficiencies and build efficiency. They should have a strong knowledge of risk assessment, controls and quality assurances process. This role will manage multiple initiatives with different business groups while maintaining the Credit Union’s Core Principles.
Preferred Skills and Talents:
- One to three of similar or related experience
- High school diploma is required
- Candidate should be self-driven, self-motivated, and organized
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience as a mentor and leader are preferred
- This individual should be able to respond to issues that are sensitive in nature with discretion and discern the best response, often with multiple courses of action and be able to work through complex data and weigh the outcome of a decision
