KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize formulas to perform data comparisons in Microsoft Excel (compare to word docs or different excel sheets)
- Produce document showing each portion of file that they are validating
- Pulling duck-lines into excel file to compare for accuracy
- Escalate key maintenance errors identified during scoring process and ensure resolution of same, reviewing programs, processes, documentation, to ensure compliance with internal company requirements or government regulations
- Review systems to ensure company standards are met, exceptions are notated, and issues escalated as necessary
- Monitor quality assurance programs and processes to identify gaps and risk assessment
TOP SKILLS
- Microsoft Excel – Intermediate to advanced skills- Ability to use formulas, Vlookups, and perform formula-based comparisons
- Data Analysis skills – Ability to work with multiple spreadsheets and data sets for comparison & validation
- Quality assurance Skills – Understanding of Q/A & remediation processes with a strong attention to detail
