Deliverables:
As-is and to-be process documentation and visio diagrams. This role will be
heavily involved in process reengineering and testing of a new set of business
processes and tools. Successful Implementation of RMS system inclusive of all
modules, all integrations, interfaces, training, development, testing, build and
documentation. This position is responsible for the managing the delivery of the
business requirements and test scripts for Montgomery County. The Active Chief
of Police, Directory of Information Management and Technology Division and
the Deputy Director of Records will be fully supportive of this role to assure
success, remove roadblocks, assist in issue resolution and general assure the
candidate has all that is needed to succeed.
