As a Quality Analyst you will:
- Accurately performs monthly close activities using established operating procedures
- Provides timely, actionable data and analysis with recommended actions to stakeholders
- Performs ongoing surveillance of clinical and patient safety event data to identify and communicate opportunities for improved patient outcomes and trends indicating (potential) operational/clinical issues
- Serves as subject matter expert for patient quality and safety performance metrics for assigned service lines
- Administers users, tables, forms, reports and processes within the AHC event management system (RL Solutions) within the established change management practices.
- Executes test scripts and performs maintenance for assigned systems
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of five years relevant experience.
- Computer proficiency; expert level MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Project Management Skills
- Leadership and Organizational Skills
- Strong verbal and written skills in English, including communication skills that promote interpersonal relations and customer service.
