EIT is seeking a Junior QA Analyst to support on‐going security assessment process by providing QUALITY ASSURANCE review to the artifact for submission to the stakeholders. QA analyst must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all organizational levels. The position will work within team structure and communicate work assignments to team members. This position is full time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To review the Security Assessment Reports, Security Assessment Plans, Risk Assessments Reports, and Risk Assessment Plans developed on Microsoft Word
- Provide a quality review to all reports to ensure that Security Assessment Reports, Security Assessment Plans, Risk Assessments Reports, and Risk Assessment Plans are consistent with each other.
- To ensure that documents have correct spelling and no grammar issues.
- To ensure that the documents are in line with the templates provided by the customer, including proper font and size are maintained, as well as proper placement of tables and figures.
- To ensure that there are no inconsistencies in these documents so that the client accepts our documents without complaint.
- Timely communicate to all team member and Project/Assessment leads about timely review of the artifacts
- Administer contract deliverables, and work products including standard operating procedures (SOPs), job aids, training materials, functional and technical design documents, and knowledge articles, reporting on deliverables coming due and missing deliverables.
- Act as meeting scribe as needed and be back up for other QA team members.
- Provide any additional support to QA and communication Team as needed.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate minimum, preferred freshly graduate with Bachelor’s Degree.
- Advance skill set with MS Office Suite especially MS Word and Excel
- Exposure to quality management processes such as quality planning, quality control and QUALITY ASSURANCE.
- Experience preparing and editing presentation materials/briefings.
- Experience with Use of Slack, MS Teams, MS SharePoint for collaboration
- Proven success in contributing within a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a dynamic and high-speed environment.
- Problem-solving skills, the ability to learn new processes. Manage multiple assignment’s and adapt to changing priorities.
- Motivated self-starter who can handle multiple tasks independently with little oversight.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience in interaction with team members
