Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Quality Analyst to join our team. As an Outbound Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and compliance of product before it is shipped to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect all outbound materials and orders; notify the warehouse manager/ production lead of all discrepancies.
• Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
• Read specifications to understand the requirements of products for all programs as needed
• Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner
• Assist the production team as needed
• Serve as a backup person for Incoming Quality Analyst.

Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma minimum required.
• 3+ years of experience working in a product integration and/or warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Required to stand, walk, and use hands frequently.
• Proficient in MS Office products to include Excel and Windows desired.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to interact required.
• A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service.
• Competent Technical Writing Skills.
• Ability to format data for basic analysis.
• Willingness to complete training courses and pass exams for required competence training.
• The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
