About the Role:
Job Title: QA Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and familiarize oneself with the AI Solution, understanding its functionality, features, and intended use cases.
- Collaborate with development teams to gain insights into the design and implementation of the AI Solution.
- Develop, validate, and stabilize test automation scripts using Selenium to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute test automation scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of the AI Solution.
- Identify and report software defects, ensuring they are thoroughly documented and tracked through resolution.
- Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for the AI Solution.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the testing process.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure that new enhancements or fixes do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams for continuous improvement of the AI Solution.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience working as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role, preferably in the AI or software development industry
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in creating and executing test automation scripts using Selenium or similar tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI Solutions or similar AI platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies is desirable
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus
Location: Dallas, Tx
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $83,000 – $88,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
