Role Overview:
The Quality Administrator will be responsible for accurately completing tasks as assigned by the QRA Department. This position reports directly to the Quality Affairs & Regulatory Affairs Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Administer Quality Systems, including, but not limited to:
Complaints
Document Control
Training
Change Control
Calibration and Preventive Maintenance
Corrective and Preventive Action
Collect data for Management Reviews
Record Retention
Run DEA Licenses and Purcos for 222 Forms
Assist with 222 Order Entry
Assist with receiving, picking, and packing controlled substances
Assist with Recalls and Notifications
Schedule and track training as needed for current staff as well as new hires.
License updating
Cold shipments
Administrative Duties related to internal audit
Maintain ERP System Licensing for States & Suppliers
Tax exempt customer management
Help as needed to process RMA's
Scan/archive Pick Tickets
Regulatory Customer & Supplier Validation
Related Duties:
Expediting with Backorder and Open Order Reports
Help in warehouse as needed to receive, pull and pack orders.
Maintain Monthly Compliance Files/Folders & Reconciliation
Assist Bin Zero Returns Daily
Cycle count Administration
Other Duties as Assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
Training and Experience
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years previous experience in a medical distribution environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills
Strong ERP, excel, and computer skills
Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
Ability to be a self-starter, follow-through and have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Manual dexterity and ability to work on a computer for extended periods. Ability to stand, stoop and walk frequently as well as twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves.
