Quality Administrator

Role Overview:

The Quality Administrator will be responsible for accurately completing tasks as assigned by the QRA Department. This position reports directly to the Quality Affairs & Regulatory Affairs Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Administer Quality Systems, including, but not limited to:

  • Complaints

  • Document Control

  • Training

  • Change Control

  • Calibration and Preventive Maintenance

  • Corrective and Preventive Action

  • Collect data for Management Reviews

  • Record Retention

• Run DEA Licenses and Purcos for 222 Forms

• Assist with 222 Order Entry

• Assist with receiving, picking, and packing controlled substances

• Assist with Recalls and Notifications

• Schedule and track training as needed for current staff as well as new hires.

• License updating

• Cold shipments

• Administrative Duties related to internal audit

• Maintain ERP System Licensing for States & Suppliers

• Tax exempt customer management

• Help as needed to process RMA's

• Scan/archive Pick Tickets

• Regulatory Customer & Supplier Validation

Related Duties:

• Expediting with Backorder and Open Order Reports

• Help in warehouse as needed to receive, pull and pack orders.

• Maintain Monthly Compliance Files/Folders & Reconciliation

• Assist Bin Zero Returns Daily

• Cycle count Administration

• Other Duties as Assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Training and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years previous experience in a medical distribution environment required; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge, Abilities and Skills

• Strong ERP, excel, and computer skills

• Ability to work under pressure and time constraints

• Ability to be a self-starter, follow-through and have a strong sense of urgency in accomplishing goals

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

Manual dexterity and ability to work on a computer for extended periods. Ability to stand, stoop and walk frequently as well as twisting at the torso while lifting and pulling inventory from shelves.
