We are looking for a PPAP Coordinator / Quality Admin – Part Time.

We are looking for a PPAP Coordinator / Quality Admin – Part Time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and prepare PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) in accordance with AIAG and customer requirements
- Follow internal processes according to the Quality Management System
- Work with Sales and Planner to fulfill PPAP order on time
- Work with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers for PPAP build
- Work with Metrology Laboratory for assisting First Article Inspection (FAI) measurement
- Compile and calculate Initial Process Capability Studies with Minitab or SPC XL
- Assisting with data collection and logistic preparation for customer PPAP submission
- Prepare PPAP package with presentable format
- Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards for monitoring process executions for incoming and outgoing PPAP from supplier and to customer respectively
- Analyze and maintain data integrity in the EOne ERP and Agile PLM systems to support streamlined execution of the PPAP process
- Interacts effectively with internal and external customers
- Communicates issues or potential problems to PPAP Manager
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to read Engineering Drawing and Engineering Standard
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design Engineering
- Detail oriented
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to use basic measurement tools and gages
- Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, First Article Inspection (FAI), and Process Capability Study is desired
