Job Description
Description:
- Perform analytical testing on raw materials, in process samples and finished goods.
- Root Cause Investigations and CAPA
- Method Development and Validation
- Respond to testing investigations
- Review incoming raw material certificates of analysis for compliance to purchase specs, sample, quarantine and label approved raw materials used within the manufacturing process for dietary supplements
- Assist with Regulatory and Food Safety/QA programs
- Assist with product and process development
Skills/Qualifications
- HACCP
- Quality Control & Quality Assurance Testing
- Method validations,
- GCMS / HPLC
- Degree in the Sciences
- 2 plus years of QC Lab experience with Analytical Instrumentation is preferred
- Experience with ICP-MS analyzing Heavy Metals and Minerals is highly preferred
