Job Title: QA Manager
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Hybrid 3 days/week onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the current quality assurance practices and recommend future state practices and tools.
• Establish quality assurance metrics.
• Manage the definition, implementation, and integration of quality principles and quality processes into the design and development of software IT processes.
• Perform knowledge transfer to Quality assurance staff.
• Ensure that quality measures and procedures are executed.
• Ensure that products, applications, and systems are following established quality standards and meet customer requirements.
• Champion the application of quality principles in business and IT processes through training, meeting and team facilitation, communication programs and team building activities.
• Research, develop, and implement testing methods and procedures to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards while integrating with the new Florida PALM solution.
• Monitor, track, and report on defects.

Required Experience:

• 7 - 8 years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance or another related field.
• 5+ years' experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization.
• 5+ years of prior management experience, supervisory, or team leader experience.
• 2 - 3 years of leadership experience with Enterprise Architecture.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in a DevOps environment is highly desired.
• 2 - 3 years of prior experience with transportation technology.
• Knowledge of Informatica IICS Cloud Data Integration tools and Snowflake.
