Your key responsibilities
- Drive the site mission and objectives within Quality, following Global and Regional strategy, to meet business and customers' requirements.
- Drive Quality culture and continuous improvement within the team and site. Drive, execute and monitor performance reporting.
- Manage, coach, develop the Quality team.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders, lead and monitor key quality projects.
- Lead and organize daily department missions: Batch release/rejection, Equipment calibration, Customer non-conformities linked to analytical/sensory profile, Supplier non-conformities
- Respect health, safety, hygiene, quality and environment rules applicable on site.

You bring
- Bachelors in scientific orientation (chemistry, biochemistry, food industry) or confirmed similar experience; 5 to 10 years experience as a team manager and at least 3 years experience in quality control (knowledge on natural extract, citrus flavors and fruit juice is an asset);
- Excellent communication skills adapted to stakeholders;
- Rigorous and data-driven; Able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment;
- Fluent with informatic skills (Office suite, CoreDB/LIMS, SAP etc).
- Technically proficient/knowledgeable in the following standard chemical procedures and physical measurements (wet chemistry): GC, GCMS, HPLC, pH, acid value, peroxide value, oil content, water content, specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation, solid content, color, ester value, flashpoint and other standard tests.
- Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems (FSSC22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Organic, ISO 22716
