Job Description
The Quality Assurance Inspector at ASG is responsible for ensuring a product or service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance. The QA Specialist is responsible for drafting quality assurance, while the QA Inspector is responsible for construction and survey quality assurance.

What you’ll do: (Including, but not limited to):
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues
- Collect and compile statistical quality data
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Track QA/QC review provided by operations and construction teams.
- Identify and solve problems that could prevent service dates from being met.
- Make sure all disciplines are tracked correctly in the ASG Flow system.
What you’ll need:
General
- High School Diploma, or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record
Technical
- OSHA 10/ 30 Certification a plus
- Training in Outside Plant safety a plus
