Job Description
We are seeking qualified applicants for a QA Coordinator/ONA Specialist position, who will work with adults/children with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) who are eligible for case management services. The QA Coordinator/ONASpecialist will serve in the QA Coordinator role on a part-time basis assuring compliance requirements are met I/DD services and part-time in the ONA Specialist role conducting annual support needs assessments for persons currently receiving I/DD services in the Douglas Co. area.
Qualifications:
- Must have knowledge of the public service system for developmental disabilities services in Oregon
- Any combination of the following education/and or experience requirements
- Master's degree in social work; or
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field; or
- Bachelor's degree in any field and one (1) year of human services related experience; or
- Associate's degree in behavioral science, social science, or a closely related field and two (2) years of human services related experience; or
- High school diploma/equivalent and three (3) years of human services related experience
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills/communication
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of the Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) is preferred
