Salary Range: $100K-$110K/Annum
Job Description:
- A successful SDET does software testing, design and improve frameworks used to test UI/API's using programming languages, Debugging/troubleshooting, finding root cause, prepare test data for services.
- Work Along with BA and QA to understand business requirements.
- Should have 8+ years of experience as a QA/SDET.
- Well versed with Agile/scrum terminology
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to the Test development practice.
- Improve and design frameworks related to automation with newer standards.
- Experience in writing test plan, test cases, test summary reports,Knowledge and understanding of test management tools like zephyr, ALM, x-ray Postman and Soap UI experience testing and automating API's.
- Good Understanding of test data preparation/mocking test data.
- Should have experience with Jira and Scrum
- Understanding of frameworks related to automation based on application.
- Practical experience with the end-to-end Testing, Knowledge or hands-on with DevOps CI/CD pipeline including one or more of the following: Azure, AWS, Jenkins, Maven, Gitlab.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and/or Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
- Good to have mainframe experience (Navigating and understanding green screen, lookup fields).
- Knowledge of mainframe VSAM lookup and JCL jobs.
- can-do attitude with incident resolution/troubleshooting
- Good communication skills verbal/written, team player.
