Location: 100% remote, but because of the way their business is set up, they MUST sit in one of these states: Colorado, California, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Missouri, Ohio, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, New Hampshire, Indiana, New York, Pennsylvania

Notes from our call with the Manager:

• The QA resource will be working on our Digital A/B track helping get one of their projects completed. I would lean to someone who has experience working on a team and is good at communicating and collaboration. I would say the standard QA requirements and listing some more details below:
• Testing tools- the team uses Zephyr for writing/tracking test cases, and they use Browser stack.
• Experience with Postman would be helpful and familiarity with using the browser console log while testing will also be important.
• Analytics testing would also be helpful.

Actual JD:

• Perform thorough testing of front-end web applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and inconsistencies across browsers and devices.
• Develop and execute test cases to validate front end functionality and user interface elements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate testing status, escalate critical issues, and prioritize bug fixes.
• Participate in reviews to provide input on testability.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA methodologies to continuously improve testing processes and procedures.
• Attend all agile ceremonies and participate in team discussions. (Be avail during 9-5 Mountain time)
• Assist/manage bug ticket creation, tracking, and closure.
• Examples of the projects this person will be working on.

MUST HAVE skillsets.

• Proven experience as a QA Analyst, with a focus on front end testing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in Jira with familiarity on ticket flow. Communication skills on comments, screenshots of issues and proper re-open procedures including outlining steps to repro.
• Familiarity with cross browser testing and using online platforms such as browser stack.
