Trissential is currently seeking a Senior QA Analystto join our client team in St Paul, MN. This position is a Remote role and only open to candidates who are eligible to work in the US and live/work within the United States.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Senior Quality Analyst is a leader within the QA team who provides software testing and process expertise. This role exhibits the qualities of leadership and works within not only their own team but other IT groups to foster, promote, and enforce the Quality Assurance principles and philosophies. They are dedicated agents for continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Participate on agile team as QA member.
• Review and clarify requirements.
• Identify and plan work effort by using test estimation techniques.
• Create and execute test plans/scripts/scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members on building test cases/scripts.
• Log and track issues/defects through to resolution.
• Support UAT and Go Live activities.
• Facilitate testing meetings, summarize results, issue/defect reporting, maintain metrics and provide go/no go recommendation.
• Leverage Test Data Management for identifying and consuming data.
• Strong understanding of QA processes.
• Ability to be innovative in testing approach during challenging timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of QA testing experience.
• Snowflake experience.
• PI/PO or middleware testing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience in UI, API and DB testing.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or other Test Suite tools.
• Ability to handle delivery with minimum guidance.
• Good at handling multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Detail oriented and a problem solver.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Benefits

Trissential offers a competitive hourly rate for the Senior QA Analyst, ranging between $48 to $52 per hour on a full time (40 hours per week) basis. Full time employees are eligible for a full package of benefits including company sponsored health care, accrued paid time away from work, and 401k with matching.
