Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all stages of design and development for complex products and platforms, including solution design, analysis, coding, testing, and integration.
• Design/Develop/Lead features for microservices based cloud Application
• Manages and expands relationships with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
• Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance with systems design and development guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
• Provides domain-specific expertise and overall software systems leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities in the software systems design organization.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 6-8 years of experience

Knowledge and Skills:

• Good experience in Advanced Python programming (async I/O, fast API, loop etc)
• Experience in architecting/design/ building and deploying cloud applications in Kubernetes/Docker env
• Good understanding of working on Kafka/Redis/RDS in cloud environment
• Experience in working AWS services (EKS, EC2, SNS/SQS, RDS, etc)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Humio etc.
• Having good experience with multiple software applications design tools and languages (Github, Terraform, Helm)
• Good to have Atlassian tools experience: Jira/Confluence
• Having experience in overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions
• Evaluating forms and processes for software applications testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools
• Experience in overall architecture of software systems for products and solutions.
• Designing and integrating software systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.
• Evaluating forms and processes for software systems testing and methodology, including writing and execution of test plans, debugging, and testing scripts and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at senior management levels.
• Having excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $113,000.00 - $259,500.00
