Pure Barre Jupiter General Manager

We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre and are seeking a qualified General SALES Manager for our Pure Barre Jupiter studio location. Our sale managers are focused on driving SALES and SERVICE excellence for our luxury fitness brand-a leader that is focused on building a strong sales team and delivering a superior boutique fitness experience.

We have a proven track record of success in Xponential Fitness with 2 top performing Club Pilates studios in New York City. REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of retail SALES or fitness SALES experience
• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Ambassadors
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Previous management or supervisory experience Required
• Must have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills; in person, over the phone, and through emails
• Ability to resolve customer complaints with a positive mental attitude
• Must be solution-based and result-oriented, with a competitive spirit
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement
• An affinity and passion for fitness is desired
• Solid writing and grammar sills
• High degree of organization, proficiency in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
• This is a Full-Time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating at least 50% of the lead generation for the studio which includes Grassroots Marketing, Business to Business, Social Media, and Community Involvement
• Generating 50% or more of the overall membership sales for the studio
• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes
• Assure that all sales goals are met
• Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
• Hire, manage and lead staff
• Conduct all HR duties as assigned
• Become proficient in the Club Ready operating system
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio
• Enforce Pure Barre’s policies and procedures
• Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
• Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Collect out-standing dues
• Any other duties as assigned
