Seelye Auto Group is now hiring for a full-time Receptionist.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Balance end of day cashier reports
- Sort and file repair orders
- Operate Campus Phones
- Post daily parts payables including Kia factory payable invoices
- Issue purchase orders for Ford and Kia Kzoo sales invoices
- Stock in new Ford and KIA invoices from factory
- Pay auction delivery-fuel invoices as they come in
- Back up to daily detail posting sheets
- Assist with misc. projects for parts or service after other tasks are caught up
- Other projects and tasks given by management team.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and friendliness towards customers
- Prior reception experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while still maintaining accuracy.
- Must be diligent and punctual.
- Data entry skills with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
