As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Must make great drink and be willing to bartend/clean/manage and everything else you can think of.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including food production, customer service, and staff management…. LONG Hours!
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Interview, hire, train, and supervise staff members
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to provide feedback, address concerns, and promote teamwork
Experience:
- Strong PERSONALITY and ability to lead.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations
- Proficiency in using TOAST POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and managing a diverse team of employees
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 per year
