Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing process for all facility needs, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and supplies.
- Utilize AS400/IBMi systems for order processing and inventory management.
- Coordinate with various departments to understand and meet their purchasing requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Monitor and track purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
- Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement in the purchasing process and implementing solutions.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
High School/GED required, additional education a plus

Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with AS400/IBMi systems.
- Multitasking abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Exceptional follow-through to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
- Computer Skills such as Data Entry and using Microsoft Office
