Intellitrak, Inc. is a growing material handling company seeking a Purchasing Assistant to join our team! In this position, you will offer support to the Purchasing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry into ERP system
- Assist to fulfill customer orders
- Draft formal documents
- Assist with regular inventory checks
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Past experience with ERP systems
