Job Title: Publishing Coordinator
Pay: $14.00-$15.86/hour (based upon experience)
Duration: 12-Months | Potential To Extend
Schedule: Monday Friday // 40hrs/week
Location: ONSITE- FRANKLIN, TN
The Publishing Coordinator will be responsible for accurately inputting and verifying data related to both copyright and royalties.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately input and verify song data in client's administration systems, adhering to global standards for timely registration of works at industry collection societies.
- Identify and correct data errors and anomalies to maintain high data quality standards.
- Research artist and release information for entry into the client database.
- Provide timely responses to inquiries about the client North American catalog.
- Assist clients with completing vendor and banking paperwork to facilitate payments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients
- Investigate and resolve vendor issues related to missing or outdated information.
- Support various projects and adapt to changing business requirements as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma
- Proficient in fast and accurate data entry with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to propose and implement solutions to day-to-day challenges within the role.
- Comfortable with basic mathematical operations and ratios.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for data management and comparison.
- Quick learner capable of mastering multiple customized systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences.
- Adherence to deadlines, deliverables, and service levels.
