Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is looking for a Public Relations & Marketing Manager.
Candidates with a passion for excellence, great analytical skills and proven P R & Marketing experience are invited to apply. The Public Relations & Marketing Manager works across the different disciplines and is responsible for s upporting the Director of Marketing and Director of Public Relations.
What you will do
Execute an annual Public Relations and Communications campaign and work within set budgets.
Manage the digital strategy of the Hotel with a proactive and creative approach to all digital and electronic marketing platforms.
To protect the luxury image and superior reputation of the Hotel in all promotional activities.
To ensure that any promotion of the Hotel is consistent with the image and standing of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.
Work with Director of Marketing to i mplement innovative programs and campaigns that increase aware ness of t he hotel, its offerings and craftspeople. Ensure such programs align with Brand DNA standards as well as active marketing plans and budgets, while refining programs to capitalize on unexpected opportunities or i nfl uences as they arise .
Maintain on-going liaison, support and follow-up with key press local contacts of the Hotel.
Support Director of Public Relations in development and production of brochures, fliers, newsletters and all other promotional collateral.
What you bring
Candidate must be fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Passion for Luxury Hospitality
Requires attention to detail, organization and problem-solving skills
College education required
Minimum t wo years of experience in a PR/digital marketing capacity
Previous digital marketing experience, and hospitality and sales experience preferred
Experience with social media platforms, consumer engagement and strong awareness of the digital world
Presentation and communication skills
Photography and Video skills
Influencer/media relations experience
Knowledge of InDesign and production methods in graphic arts and collateral
Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects while being cognizant of deadlines and priorities
Ability to manage third-party agencies, partners, and vendors
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
