Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides clinical services including immunizations and phlebotomy.
- Performs case management for Perinatal Hep B clients and record abstractions for the Fetal Infant Mortality Review.
- Uses electronic systems to research and document work.
- Provides client referrals as needed.
- Performs all other related duties involved in the operation of the Public Health Department as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements

TO APPLY, must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.
OR
TO APPLY, must have an Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) + Two (2) full-time years of related work experience.
TO APPLY, must have a Current Texas or multistate compact (including Texas) RN license.
TO APPLY, must have Texas RN license required within ninety (90) days of hire.
MUST PROVIDE LICENSING AGENCY AND LICENSE NUMBER IN "CERTIFICATES AND LICENSING" SECTION OF THE APPLICATION OR BE DISQUALIFIED.
TO APPLY, must possess a current and valid Driver License. Note: A Texas driver license is required to hold the position.
Organization and people skills are needed.
Good documentation and teaching skills are preferred.
If hired, must provide proof of educational attainment
at New Hire Processing or during the promotional process.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push and pull.
