Responsibilities:

• Correspond and inspect damage with agents, adjusters, engineers, and/or insureds to compile information
• Networking with contractors and public to sign policyholders in need of PA Assistance
• Handling Inspection Day with carrier adjuster
• Take accurate and detailed damage reports with photos
• Calculate payment of claims using industry estimating software
• Coordinate with legal counsel in handling cases correctly

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in insurance adjusting or other related fields
• 1+ years experience using Xactimate
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
