Fitness Hub, LLC, a luxury boutique fitness studio and activewear boutique in downtown West Palm Beach is seeking a fitness loving, fashion-minded and sales driven Front Desk associate.
- Duties and Responsibilities:Greet and check members into class while providing personalized, top-notch customer service.
- Become an integral part of studio operations by carrying out daily tasks.Through brand knowledge and customer service, drive and increase retail sales.Provide tours of the facility and sell new memberships.Assist with the coordination and execution of studio events.Assist the instructors and trainers with the setup and breakdown of classes.Schedule personal training appointments.Take initiative and engage with the team to assist with anything that is needed to help with the facility, operations, retail and/or marketing.
- Requirements:Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Polished appearance with enthusiasm and great energy.Passion and knowledge of the fitness industry.Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.Must be proactive and have a great attention to detail.Retail experience is a plus.
- MindBody experience is a plus.Sales and/or social media experience is a plus.
- Must be able to dedicate at least 15 hours per week, work during holidays and weekends!With upscale amenities, and four fitness studios under one roof, Fitness Hub Studios provides over 120 group fitness classes per week, as well as small group and personal training.Only serious applicants apply.References are required.
