Job Summary
The Concierge greets residents and guests, answers telephones, responds to routine inquiries, relays calls, and performs a variety of related clerical duties. In between all the daily responsibilities, the Concierge must also answer any resident or guest questions.
In addition, the Concierge is also a critical part of the community’s Sales & Marketing team. Often the very first impression that any visitor has of the community, whether in person or on the telephone.
· Essential Functions
· Greets every individual entering through the front door and announces all prospects to Sales & Marketing representative by Name
· Answers the phone to Madison at Ocoee standards
· Accepts all incoming packages (mail, floral deliveries, etc.) for residents
· Maintains Sign-In log for all guests/visitors
· Assists Residents with any questions or concerns, or refers them to the appropriate person
· Completes and submits Maintenance Request Work Orders
· May be responsible for making photocopies, sending/receiving faxes, assisting with dry cleaning services, deliveries, etc.
· Maintains the appearance of the common areas by checking for cleanliness, burned out light bulbs, misplaced chairs, etc.
· Maintains appearance of the entryway (both inside and out) and driveway, if applicable
· Community Security
· Never leaves desk unattended
· Maintains all community keys, if applicable
· Completes all necessary Occurrence Reports and distributes to Managers, if applicable
· Logs all events, problems, concerns on the Shift Log
· Monitors the Daily Resident Safety Check-In System
· Monitors all applicable door and building alarms, fire panel, and cameras
· Provides property security surveillance on 3rd shift, if applicable
Emergency Response Systems
· Ensures all emergency systems are restored and logged
· Ensures written Medical/Emergency procedures are in place
Assist Business Office Director with any duties she may ask of you.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.21 - $15.06 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
