Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Concierge employee to join our Front Desk team at an ultra-luxury condominium in Boca Raton, FL. This team member will play a key role in providing exceptional service to residents and guests. This position requires attention to detail, and the ability to work with a team to maintain a luxurious and welcoming environment.
Duties
- Provide courteous and professional service to residence and guests
- Keep the Front Desk area organized and clean to present a positive first impression.
- Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and request with efficiency and discretion.
- Accept and log packages.
- Foster positive relationships with residents - addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Coordinate concierge services, such as dry cleaning, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, package deliveries, and other relevant information.
Requirements
- Experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
This position requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate the 24/7 schedule. Looking to fill 2nd and 3rd shift during the week, and weekend hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
