Responsibilities of a School Physical Therapist:
•Participating in the IEP process, determining need for physical therapy
•Coordinating physical therapy interventions within family /school activities and routines
•Ensuring frequent, ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of therapy interventions toward achieving desired outcomes
•Consulting with team members and other service providers as needed to coordinate the delivery of services to children or students
•Using various types of service provisions to meet child or student and family or team needs
•Supporting the safe transportation of children or students
•New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
•Grade level Pre K - High School
•2023 - 2024 School Year
•Submits all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis
