We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team and make a difference!
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough assessments and evaluations to assess the therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional needs of patients, actively contributing to the creation of comprehensive care plans. This includes evaluating the appropriateness of their home environment.
- Assume a leadership role in implementing physical therapy programs and providing clear guidance to team members, as well as family members and caregivers, regarding the various phases of therapy and program goals.
- Recognize any additional Home Health services that patients and their families/caregivers may require, and make suitable referrals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
Qualifications
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid CA Driver’s license
- Available Saturdays and Sundays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
Pay: $125,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
