Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for residents
• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and functionality
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide education to residents and their families on rehabilitation techniques

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated and dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
