Pt Billing Analyst

HHHC is looking to hire an ambitious, committed, and hard-working professional to join our team part time as a Billing Analyst. Our administrative team is small and the growth potential in this role is high. We are looking for part time analysts with availability for bi-weekly hours on Monday through Thursday, with the potential for Friday hours.

Primary Duties Include:

• Working with our Billing and Timecard Operations Departments to receive, log, audit, monitor, and process paper and electronic timecards
• Researching client data and labeling timecard files
• Distributing timecards according to payor
• Any other billing-related tasks as needed
• Communicating with and training field employees on timecard and charting

Skills and Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and teamwork are critical requirements for this role
• Working knowledge with Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Sharepoint
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of/ability to quickly learn the industry payment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and friendly/positive demeanor

Preferred:

• Knowledge of/ability to quickly learn the industry payment processes

Schedule:

• 9a - 5p Monday through Thursday every 2 weeks (bi-weekly)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
