Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Purpose Statement: Full Service Partnership: FSP provides intensive and field- based mh services to children, adolescents and young adults (ages 0-20) and their families. Requires evening and weekends (24/7) crisis coverage. Client population include individuals with psychiatric hospitalizations, DCFS involvement and/or clients who are at risk for suspension or expulsion from school.
Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, provides psychotherapeutic services for a caseload of patients with acutely complex needs. Responsible for assessment, treatment planning and psychotherapy provision to a defined caseload of patients and may also support the facilitation of groups. Employs evidence-based psychological treatment interventions and provides case management services as needed. Services are primarily field-based, but some field work is expected, depending on the needs of each individual case. This position works with other team members to support access to overall services and requires registration with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: Minimum 1+ year clinical experience with children, adolescents, young adults, and/or their families/caregivers.
Experience working in health care settings and with children, adolescents, and families preferred.
Valid CA Driver's License and proof of insurance required for positions requiring field-based services.
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Education/Licensure/Certification: Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Psychology with previous experience in a child, adolescent, or family mental health setting. BLS certification required. Registration with California Board of Behavioral Sciences as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ASW) or as anAssociate MFT (AMFT) is required. Prefer Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desirable.
Pay Scale Information
$64,688.00-$116,563.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
