Psychiatrist

Remote position to supervise NP Psych extenders practicing in South Carolina. Seeking a SC licensed Psychiatrist (MD or DO) to supervise and collaborate with our Nurse Practitioners working within LTC, Nursing and Rehabilitation facilities.

Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of a psychiatry residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry
- Valid state medical license to practice psychiatry
- Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques
- Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and techniques
- Strong data collection and analysis skills
- Excellent diagnostic evaluation abilities
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health disorders
