What youll be doing: In this integral position, you will meet with clients, typically adults who have been discharged from state hospitals, or reside in assisted living facilities or adult family homes and have difficult behaviors to manage. You will meet with your clients regularly to provide individualized psychiatric medication evaluations, prescriptions and follow up visits as needed. This position works weekdays with an occasional option to work evenings and weekends. There is on-call responsibility twice a year. You will receive an incentive of $3,000 reimbursement for CEU expenses and up to 5 additional paid days off for related CEU.

Does the following apply to you?

• PMHNP preference and active ARNP license in WA or ability to become licensed in WA
• Experience working with the geriatric population and/or adults
• Active DEA
• Intermediate level of technology for at home tele-health
• Preference to travel once/month or every other month to facilities to see clients in person across various WA counties.
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks and have reliable transportation with active car insurance.
