We are are looking for highly motivated and experienced PMHNP to join our team! Welcome to apply those who are licensed in Arizona and Maryland or another compact state. Clients will reside in Arizona and Maryland.

We align ourselves with best practices across the United States by hiring Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who are licensed independently in their state and are experienced to provide medication management to clients through virtual telehealth care ethically and with care. This is a 1099 contract position with flexibility. You will be paid 60% of reimbursement rates of cash, commercial, and medicare plans. We will schedule all your visits, provide front and back office help and services. We offer opportunity to grow with us. Come join an exciting new opportunity!

Expectations:

- Previous experience working as PMHNP at minimum 2 years, required
- Strong knowledge of medication management and patient needs
- Expert in diagnostic evaluation methods and tools
- Able to work with a team as you will have front and back office working with you each day virtually.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients virtually and complete initial visit and ongoing medication management visits based on treatment plan
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess patients' Mental Health needs
- Medication reconciliation
- We serve 5 and up here, open to your population of choice pick
- Perform patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment interventions
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Experience:
- Must have a active and unrestricted license as a PMHNP and RN in your state of practice, experience working with teams and providing virtual care

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to establish rapport with patients
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
