Provider Network Coordinator

Position Title: Provider Network Coordinator

Job Description:

The Provider Network Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Provider Network Relations Team.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

· Coordinates and assembles meetings, prepares presentation documents, and distribute meeting minutes.

· Organizes, prepares, and drafts provider and member notifications as related to health plan changes.

· Responsible for compiling contracts for signature.

· Coordinates travel plans and submit expense reports for reimbursement.

· Responsible for answering phone calls and distribution of faxes.

· Manages Provider Relations email queue and assigning as necessary.

· Responsible for gathering information regarding member and provider concerns.

· Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience requirements: HS diploma or GED; 2 years administrative experience that include but not limited to: proficiency in Microsoft Applications, excellent proof-reading skills; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)
