Administrative Mastery:
- Ensure member compliance and manage vendor relationships.
- Contribute to the homeowners association website and support budgets.
Operational Excellence:
- Tailor support for Housekeeping, Engineering, and Owner Services.
- Efficiently handle property-related tasks and contribute to compliance efforts.
Leadership in HOA/SOA:
- Lead property inspections and contribute to impactful projects.
- Proactively handle contract renewals, bids, and compliance with local agencies.
Location: Old Greenwood, Lake Tahoe, CA
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $25 - $32/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time role with weekend and holiday availability likely
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred experience in hotel or travel industry sales, marketing, or reservations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and self-motivated.
- Excellent listening and phone skills.
- Competency with standard office equipment (computer, printer, copier, calculator, and telephone).
