- Monitor operators to ensure strict adherence to established policies for proper resident care and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to improve the quality of resident care services.
- Guarantee compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for Assisted Living and Multi-Family Communities.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments promptly.
- Approve comprehensive budgets for each community in collaboration with operators.
- Closely monitor budget performance, address variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide detailed budgetary reports to the CEO with explanations of variances.
- Regularly report operational and financial performance to the CEO with clear and concise communication.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies for addressing operational challenges.
- Maintain a regular schedule of site visits to assess facility maintenance, staffing levels, and operational compliance.
- Provide on-site support and guidance to operators, addressing identified issues during visits.
- Assist in creating, revising, and improving marketing plans and materials for each community.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing mediums and strategies, providing enhancement recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with operators to identify areas for improvement in resident care and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive relationship with operators while maintaining a focus on accountability and performance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in the assisted living or multi-family industry.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets and financial reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various locations within the portfolio.
- Ability to maintain: 1) reliable and safe transportation to jobsites 2) valid California driver’s license, 3) proper vehicle registration, and 4) California’s minimum automobile insurance coverage requirement.
