What you will do:
- Responsible for overseeing the apartment community to maximize pre-set marketing and financial results.
- Puts company policies into practice through leasing, accounting, maintenance, resident interactions, and management reporting.
- Manage, inspire, and supervise on-site teams.
- Perform Market and Product Analysis
- Recommend competitive prices to the Regional Director in order to reach or surpass budget goals.
- Generate traffic in the most cost-effective manner.
- Supervise leasing of units; Engage directly in leasing activities.
- Review market strategies with team on a monthly basis depending on occupancy standards.
- Meet budget objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and control expenditures in order to obtain products and services at minimum cost.
- Review and approve purchases and payables.
- Schedule and approve vendor services.
- Train and develop team members.

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $75,000.00 (based on experience)
